About This Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered features and drive business outcomes for our customers.

  • Define product strategy, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute large-scale product deliveries, with successful launches across various platforms.
  2. Leverage market analysis to understand competitor offerings and user needs, guiding the product roadmap towards differentiation.
  3. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prioritizing features in collaboration with engineering teams.
  4. Foster strong relationships with customers, leveraging feedback to refine products and influence positive outcomes.
  5. Embrace a hands-on approach, navigating from strategic vision to detailed execution.
  6. Chart the product's lifecycle, ensuring a strategic roadmap from ideation to market launch.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing large-scale product deliveries, with successful product launches across various platforms.
  • Experience with AI/ML products, analytics, conversational AI, or related domains.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and action.
  • Experience in managing beta programs, gathering user feedback, and conducting A/B testing to validate product directions.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a product development team.
