Strategic AI/ML Leadership Role

About the Position

This role focuses on driving strategic AI and machine learning initiatives across the organization, fostering innovation through data-driven decision making.

Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business processes and propose impactful AI use cases that enhance business outcomes.

  • Develop analytical solutions to drive strategic initiatives, leveraging expertise in quantitative fields such as MBA or master's degrees from top-tier institutes.
  • Evaluate and promote organizational understanding of AI/ML capabilities, translating business challenges into analytical problems for effective solution development.

Partner with functional heads to identify and solve business challenges using AI & Analytics solutions, thereby contributing to enhanced operational efficiencies and business goal achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end AI & Analytics projects including conceptualization, development, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Build and manage external relationships for outside-in perspectives and innovative approaches.
  • Enable data-driven decision making through storytelling with data.

Requirements:

  • MBA or master's degree in quantitative fields from top-tier institutes.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of work experience in analytical roles.
  • Strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, applications, and open-source tools.
