We're seeking a Junior AI/ML Engineer to join our team and drive innovation in artificial intelligence.

As a key member of our research and development group, you will be responsible for prototyping, evaluating, and productionizing AI features across our products. Your primary objective is to help customers adopt these features and ensure seamless integration into their workflows.

  • Design rapid proof-of-concepts (POCs) for Large Language Model (LLM)-powered features, identifying the most promising ideas and graduating them into roadmap items.
  • Implement and deploy Machine Learning (ML) servers over OpenAPI specifications, enabling 'ask & test the API' experiences.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks for prompts, models, and pipelines.

Productizing ML/LLM services involves shipping APIs, microservices with clean interfaces, telemetry, tests, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). You will also be responsible for building datasets, retrieval indexes, vector stores, and monitoring dashboards.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Backend, Frontend, and Customer teams, is essential for writing clear documentation and presenting findings.

  • Solid Python skills and experience with at least one of PyTorch or TensorFlow are required.
  • You should have a working knowledge of LLMs: tokenization, embeddings, ReAdenser-based Graph (RAG), basic fine-tuning/Layerwise Reorganization (LoRA), prompt design, evaluation.
  • API engineering skills: build/consume RESTful APIs; JSON; pagination; authentication; rate limits.
  • Experience with retrieval & storage: one vector database + SQL basics.
  • Packaging & delivery skills: Docker; Git; testing; simple CI.
