Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers working on .NET technologies, ensuring they adhere to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including architecture, design, coding, testing, deployment, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project roadmaps, driving innovation through emerging technologies and process improvements.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework to solve complex development challenges and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Manage resource allocation, deliverables, while ensuring high performance and productivity within the team.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and support professional growth of team members, acting as the technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical leadership/managerial role, with strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and application frameworks.
- Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar) and integration with .NET applications, familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and mentor developers.
