Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high performing, scalable platform architecture for Salesforce
  • Design, build, test and maintain non-clinical applications through day-to-day operations
  • Execute personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns using AMPscript, SQL and dynamic content strategies

This role requires troubleshooting, implementing software updates, participating in system testing and validation, coordinating tasks departmentally/interdepartmentally, and maintaining documentation on support of the system as well as adhering to change management procedures.

The successful candidate will have experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and CRM platforms, Solutioning, Architecture/Designs, developing high performing, scalable Platform architecture for Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Connect, AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, scripting for dynamic content, and customer journey design.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and CRM platforms
