Quality Assurance Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Testing and Validation:
    • Conduct thorough testing of SFMC implementations, including email campaigns, journeys, and automations.
    • Validate data integrations and ensure data accuracy across different platforms.
  • Test Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and execute test plan and test cases for SFMC projects.
    • Perform functional, regression, penetration, and performance testing.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure quality standards are met.
    • Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
  • Reporting:
    • Generate test reports and provide insights on the quality of the implementation.
    • Communicate test results and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in QA testing, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation.
    • Experience with testing tools like Postman and methodologies.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Communication and Certifications:
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
