Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team, focusing on testing for Salesforce applications. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of product quality and functionality.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough manual and automated testing on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud applications to guarantee seamless user experiences.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and the TESTNG framework to ensure efficient testing processes.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, promoting smooth product releases.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues within the testing environment, providing actionable recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
  • Participate actively in agile development methodologies and scrum processes to drive timely product deliveries.
  • Perform API functional testing and work with various integration solutions to ensure robust connections.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance with a focus on Salesforce testing.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform/cloud-specific testing, including both manual and automated approaches.
  • 3+ years of experience in Java/Selenium and TESTNG framework.
  • Knowledge of API functional testing is highly beneficial.
  • Experience setting up and configuring CI/CD pipelines, with proven troubleshooting skills in Jenkins.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodology and scrum processes.
