Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing post-commercialization quality handover processes and ensuring smooth transitions between product development and service teams. This role requires strong analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues, as well as effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of standardized quality handover processes to ensure seamless transitions between product development and service teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide quality input and alignment on product withdrawals, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Investigate and analyze quality incidents to identify root causes and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop and implement technical support structures and SLA agreements for end-of-life products to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field, with a strong understanding of quality principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex quality issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
