Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Engineer to join our team.

  • Create design deliverables such as Design Basis, Instrumentation & Control systems.
  • Prepare specifications, instrument index and I/O list, functional loop schematics, and logic diagrams, inst. datasheets, installation drawings and hookups, inst. location lay outs, cable tray lay outs, control room lay outs, cable and junction box schedule, wiring and interconnection drawings, loop wiring diagram, MTO, construction/erection tender, CAPEX support, and inter-disciplinary activities.
  • PID review and update, 3D model review, IDR/IDC, cable tray layouts, equipment layouts, instrumentation layout, are also key responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Familiarity with relevant codes and standards applicable to FMCG plants and NEC standards is essential.

You should have knowledge of wiring schemes for ESD/DCS and RTU/SCADA hardware specification.

Instrument selection involves all types of field instruments, exposure to selection of instruments and systems for hazardous areas.

Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience in design calculations including Inst. Sizing, Control Valve Sizing, flow meter sizing, safety valve sizing, air and power consumption calculations, thermowell wake freq. calculations, UPS sizing, transformer sizing, cable tray sizing, and cable sizing.
