Job Title: Senior Voice Engineer

This senior voice engineer role is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead the implementation of enterprise voice solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining complex voice systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy enterprise voice solutions using FortiVoice 50G2 IP-PBX systems
  • Collaborate with network engineers to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users and administrators
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of voice services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with IP-PBX systems and strong knowledge of voice over IP (VoIP) protocols
  • Expert-level expertise in networking and telecommunications technologies
  • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN infrastructure, DHCP, and static IP configuration
  • Familiarity with FXO/FXS ports, PSTN integration, and call routing rules
  • Excellent troubleshooting and validation skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
