Production Planning Lead

Achieve exceptional results as our Production Planning Lead, responsible for driving manufacturing production scheduling and supply chain planning across the enterprise.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Run short-term plans to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Manage key parameters of supply and stock management.
  • Plan, schedule, and prioritize resources to execute customer projects in production.
  • Develop and analyze advanced analytics models to enhance supply chain planning business understanding and performance.
  • Design, develop, and monitor supply chain planning dashboards, performing consistency checks and analytics analysis.
  • Balance needs and resources (MRP) for raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products by managing customer needs and replenishment backlogs.
  • Ensure product availability by resolving backorders and shortages.
  • Drive Master Production Planning in Mfg. Site (Forecast workload, Capacity, Prod. Output & Give Input to Supplier Forecast). Organize downstream flows from the Manufacturing Plant and improve Mfg. SC Performance.
  • Anticipate Mfg. Supply risks in advance and quickly react in collaboration with Supply & Inventory Planner & Upstream Planning Leader.
  • Lead SIOP for the manufacturing site.
  • Collaborate with project management, FO on a weekly basis to align manufacturing priorities and schedules.
  • Continuously improve Product LT by animating transversal action plans.
  • Ensure plant Master Data is up-to-date and perform quarterly sanity checks.
  • Lead, develop, and train the planning team to deliver organizational results.
  • Act as the key user for the department's information system.
  • Performance Metrics:
  • OTDC, BOV,
  • Adherence to production plan & CLO
  • WIP inventory
