Job Description:

The Export Manager will be responsible for designing and executing sales & marketing strategies to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have a solid understanding of current export laws and regulations, and demonstrate strong decision-making and management abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Business Development: Develop business opportunities for natural stones (e.g., granite, marble) by identifying new dealers, distributors, and business partners in the international market.

• International Market Development: Scout and develop new international markets for our products.

• Annual Planning: Plan ATL/BTL activities with agreed-upon budgets, sales volumes, and timelines for specific countries.

• Coordination: Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and finance teams on export-related issues to ensure smooth execution of orders.

• Overseas Travel: Travel extensively for business development and promotion in overseas markets.

• Product Launch: Handle new product launches to widen our product portfolio and generate sales volumes.

• Strategic Implementation: Implement competitive selling programs and strategies to improve product awareness and business growth.

• Networking: Liaise with export promotion councils, embassies, chambers of commerce, and trade fair authorities to identify potential importers, buyers, and distributors.

• Director Assistance: Assist the Director with travel arrangements.
