This role is responsible for managing an organization's communication with the public, media, and institutions/agencies, while supporting policy initiatives.

  • Design, execute, and evaluate communication programs and public information campaigns that advance agency goals and public understanding.","
  • Serve as the main contact for media inquiries, prepare press releases, respond to public and press questions, and monitor media coverage of agency activities.","
  • Represent the organizations to institutions, policy makers, civic, and community meetings.","
  • Advise management on policy formulation, assess potential public reactions to proposed actions, and assist in articulating policy statements.","
  • Prepare newsletters, brochures, presentations, social media materials, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.","
  • Conduct research, analyze public opinion and regulatory trends, and prepare impact assessments and recommendations for senior leaders.","
  • Organize outreach activities, educational initiatives, facility tours, public events, and emergency preparedness communications.","
