Job Title
  • Develop and implement investment models together with market players to optimize investments.
  • Discuss with local stakeholders and governmental bodies to ensure support for facility expansions.
  • Develop regular communications with business owners, including finance managers, IT, legal, operations, facilities, and engineering functional representatives.
  • Negotiate landlord relations, manage contractors, and escalate issues beyond routine activity.
  • Manage alteration costs and reduce fix costs (all building-related expenses).
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective investment strategies in collaboration with market players.
  2. Pursue stakeholder engagement and governmental support for facility development projects.
  3. Maintain open communication channels with business stakeholders, ensuring timely information exchange.
  4. Lead negotiations with landlords and manage contractor relationships to achieve optimal outcomes.
  5. Ongoing cost optimization through efficient resource allocation and expense reduction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
