About the Role

At OneMetric, we're a team of RevOps architects and GTM strategists helping B2B companies scale faster with HubSpot. Our clients span the US, UK, and India — from early-stage startups to enterprise players.

We're looking for a Senior HubSpot Experience Designer to design, build, and optimize dynamic CMS experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Develop and customize high-performing HubSpot CMS websites, landing pages, blogs, and email templates
  • Work with HubSpot APIs, HubL, and HubDB to create engaging content and integrations
  • Translate design mockups into responsive, functional front-end pages (HTML, CSS, JS)
  • Optimize performance, UI/UX, and page load speeds
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align with business objectives
  • Provide support and training to internal teams on HubSpot CMS usage

Requirements-

  • 4+ years of experience in designing and developing HubSpot CMS experiences
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubL
  • Hands-on experience with HubDB, APIs, and third-party integrations
  • Strong understanding of usability, responsive design, and SEO best practices
