Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Visual Communications Specialist to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across various channels, including social media, sales collateral, landing pages, and website design.

Your primary focus will be on supporting and shaping our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency and alignment with our overall messaging. You will work closely with marketers, copywriters, and sales teams to develop high-impact designs that drive engagement and conversions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create visually appealing graphics, logos, and icons for digital and print materials
  • Design sales enablement materials, such as decks, brochures, and case studies
  • Develop web and landing page visuals using Figma and other design tools
  • Elevate long-form content into engaging formats, including whitepapers, guides, and reports
  • Maintain brand consistency and contribute to the evolution of our branding guidelines
  • Handle day-to-day design requests from the marketing team with speed and creativity

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the B2B space
  • Proficiency in essential design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
  • Awareness of modern design trends and ability to adapt them into marketing assets
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, and web
  • Comfort with open-ended briefs and ability to transform vague requirements into clear, impactful outputs

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or HubSpot design components

  • Your designs are not just visually appealing, but also measurably improving engagement across campaigns
