Factory Solutions Manager

Job Description

Tata Electronics is a prominent global player in the electronics manufacturing industry, with fast-emerging capabilities in electronics manufacturing services, semiconductor assembly and test, semiconductor foundry, and design services. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the selection, deployment, and lifecycle management of advanced manufacturing and quality applications in a semiconductor fab and/or OSAT environment.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and support manufacturing and quality systems including SPC, FDC, OCAP, and 8D tools.
  • Evaluate, select, and integrate software solutions aligned with fab/OSAT operational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure seamless deployment.
  • Drive AI/ML integration into existing systems to enhance predictive analytics, fault detection, and decision automation.

Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with applications such as Remote Operations Center, MCS, FMEA, OCAP, 8D, SPC, and FDC.
  • Demonstrated success in applying AI/ML to manufacturing or quality systems.
  • Familiarity with SECS/GEM, MES, and integration with factory automation platforms.
Desired Experience Level
  • 8+ years of experience in OT solution management or engineering systems in semiconductor fabs or OSATs.
