Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Master Data Management (MDM) efforts. As an MDM Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data management strategies across multiple domains, including SKU, vendor, finance, and store.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Governance: Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure high-quality data across all domains.
  2. Data Quality and Cleansing: Oversee data quality and cleansing initiatives to ensure accurate and reliable data.
  3. Team Handling: Manage a team of professionals responsible for implementing MDM solutions.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of MDM initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in SAP MDM, with a strong focus on data governance, quality, and team management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading MDM projects and teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a Retail/Ecommerce or product-based company.
  • Familiarity with data testing and implementation methodologies.
