Job Description

As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for delivering unrivaled digital products that drive a more reliable and profitable airline. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain a healthy backlog of product features and requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify and prioritize product opportunities
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery of product features
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and analysis to inform product strategy

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field plus 3 years of experience in Product Management/Delivery
  • 5+ years of equivalent Product Management/Delivery experience
  • Strong knowledge/expertise of product domain including the business model, constraints, regulations, user experiences, etc.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities with promptness, efficiency and ease
  • Possess proficient analytical, problem solving and decision-making skill
  • Proficient relationship building skills, including the capacity to predict and manage behavior, build and leverage cross-functional partnerships within and outside of the organization
