RPA Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced RPA Automation Specialist to lead our end-to-end UiPath automation pipelines, integrating DevOps practices and ensuring deployment, monitoring, and operational stability across Orchestrator and AWS.

This is a full-time position with a rotational shift during onboarding and a focus on development thereafter. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in RPA (minimum 2 years with UiPath).
  • Strong UiPath Studio & Orchestrator expertise.
  • Solid Python scripting skills; familiarity with .NET/VBA.
  • Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch).
  • Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Deploying and managing UiPath bots, assets, and versions across Dev/UAT/Prod environments.
  • Configuring and maintaining UiPath Orchestrator (tenants, robot provisioning, queues).
  • Integrating UiPath with ServiceNow, APIs, SharePoint, and other systems.
  • Building monitoring, alerting, and robust error-handling for automation workflows.
  • Using JIRA for tracking and Confluence for documentation/knowledge sharing.
  • Managing scalable UiPath environments on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).
  • Troubleshooting issues, managing access/credentials securely, and following compliance controls.
