Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist our premise connect team in providing exceptional customer service. As a Field Service Assistant, you will be responsible for working closely with experienced technicians to gain expertise in fiber installation, material management, upselling, crimping and connectorization, splicing and cabling, and industry-best safety procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) qualification is required.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Skills: Ability to speak local language, technical orientation, interest in field jobs, learnability, and customer orientation.
