The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading complex cross-functional projects that drive operational transformation. This includes overseeing the project lifecycle from planning and execution to monitoring and delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish project intake prioritization and delivery mechanisms
  • Lead large-scale operational transformation initiatives
  • Develop detailed project plans timelines resource allocation and budgets for successful delivery
  • Oversee teams assign responsibilities and ensure timely task completion
  • Redesign workflows eliminate inefficiencies and implement best practices

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of project management experience with at least 5 years managing large-scale cross-functional projects
  • Certifications- PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are preferred
  • Proficiency in project management software e.g. Microsoft Project Asana Click-up Jira or Trello
  • Experience with process mapping and improvement tools like Lean Six Sigma or BPMN

Shift Timings:

US Shift (6PM to 3AM IST)
