Clinic Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities
">Regulatory Approvals & Licensing:
">- Obtain and renew mandatory licenses and approvals, including PCPNDT Act approvals, ART Registration (Level 1 & Level 2 Clinics), Bombay Nursing Home Registration, Fire NOC / Fire Safety clearances, Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions, Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals, Pollution Control Board clearance, and trade license compliance.
- Ensure timely renewal of all licenses without lapse.
Government & External Liaison
">- Build and maintain relationships with municipal corporations, state health departments, fire department, urban development authorities, local statutory bodies, police, and nodal officers for compliance and inspections.
- Collaborate with ART/PCPNDT advisory boards and medical councils.
Documentation & Compliance
">- Prepare, verify, and submit required documents for regulatory applications.
- Maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location.
- Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities.
- Ensure adherence to PCPNDT, ART Act, and local/state healthcare regulations.
Operational Support
">- Work closely with the expansion/projects team during clinic setup to align compliance timelines with fit-out and launch schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to embed regulatory requirements in clinic design and operations.
