Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Custom Zoho Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of customized Zoho solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Custom Application Development: Develop custom applications using Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting language, and APIs to meet specific business needs.
  • Integration and Configuration: Integrate Zoho applications with external systems via APIs and webhooks, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient workflow.
  • Solution Architecture: Design and implement comprehensive solution architectures that align with client requirements, utilizing Zoho products and services.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications, resolving issues promptly and ensuring minimal downtime.

Qualifications:

  • Zoho Expertise: Proven experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in custom application development, integration, and configuration of Zoho products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the IT outsourcing industry is a plus, with knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analytics being an advantage.
