AML Transaction Monitoring Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled AML Transaction Monitoring professional to join our efforts in ensuring the integrity of financial systems. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-8 years of experience in AML Transaction Monitoring, with expertise in reviewing assigned alerts, documenting findings, and analyzing low, medium, and high-risk accounts.
The selected individual will be responsible for conducting enhanced due diligence research using LexisNexis and other internet tools, interacting with bank management on suspicious transactions, and preparing and reviewing loan accounts, RDC, wire transfers, and monetary instrument reports. To excel in this role, strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required, enabling you to identify suspicious or unusual activity, detect patterns and trends, and maintain robust investigative skills.
A key qualification for the position is extensive banking and compliance knowledge, flexibility to work night shifts, and exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic environments are also highly valued.
