Project Manager - Finishing Works

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager for our finishing works team. The successful candidate will oversee the execution of civil finishing and interior fit-out works on high-rise residential projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Civil Finishing & Interior Fit-Out Works: Oversee and execute all civil finishing and interior fit-out works, including tiling, painting, false ceilings, joinery, flooring, partitions, waterproofing, etc.
  • Interpret and implement GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, material specifications, and interior layouts for high-rise residential projects.
  • Ensure timely execution of work by coordinating with vendors, contractors, architects, and consultants.
  • Site Coordination & Monitoring: Monitor daily progress of work, identify any site issues, and ensure a snag-free handover at the end of the project.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports, snag lists, and quality checklists.
  • Liaise with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and structural teams to ensure smooth service integration and resolve any integration issues.
Key Requirements:
  • B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • 4-5 years of experience in finishing work, particularly for high-rise residential projects
  • Technical knowledge of modern construction materials, detailing, and execution techniques
  • Familiarity with quality control systems, snagging tools, and adherence to project timelines
  • Experience working on premium interiors and high-spec finishes is preferred
