Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role will be crucial in managing the financial operations for both domestic and international entities.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting standards, as well as experience in managing daily bookkeeping and accounting entries (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations). They will also ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and assist with tax filings and regulatory compliance.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will support global operations by handling cross-border payments, compliance, and banking liaison, and assist in consolidation of group accounts. They will also record, monitor, and clear all company expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting entries (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations).
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist with tax filings and regulatory compliance.
  • Support global operations by handling cross-border payments, compliance, and banking liaison.
  • Record, monitor, and clear all company expenses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Professional certification preferred: CA Inter
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards and regulations.
  • Familiarity with tax laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Zoho books and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
