Full-Stack AI Engineer

We're looking for highly skilled Full-Stack engineers to join our team and help build the future of AI. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex problems, develop efficient code, and experiment with the latest AI models.

Your day-to-day will be a mix of hands-on coding, problem-solving, and experimenting with AI models. You'll:

  • Build & optimize AI models with production-ready code.
  • Evaluate performance by testing and ranking model outputs.
  • Fine-tune models with datasets for SFT and RLHF.
  • Raise the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation.
  • Innovate by shaping new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), experience with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js). You should also be comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices. Docker experience is a must-have.

We're excited to collaborate with top AI/LLM companies and build things that genuinely push AI forward. As a contractor, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere and commit to 20–40 hours per week, with at least 4 hours overlapping with PST. The engagement will last for 1 month, starting next week.
