This is a full-time on-site role for a Placements Associate at Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) located in Gurugram, India.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong partnerships with industries and colleges.
  • Increase participation in job fairs and conduct placement drives for industry and colleges.
  • Register candidates and employers on our Job Portal- telcojobs.in.
  • Prepare and maintain placement reports.

Requirements:
  • Graduate degree holder.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingsness to travel as needed.
  • Understanding of the telecom job market and industry landscape.
  • Proficiency in MS excel and Powerpoint.

The selected candidate will be responsible for job placements, job fairs, communication, and utilizing interpersonal skills. The role requires collaboration with industries and colleges, increasing participation in job fairs, registering candidates and employers on our job portal, preparing and maintaining placement reports, and understanding the telecom job market and industry landscape. The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS excel and PowerPoint.
