Job Title:

Event Manager

Role Summary:

The Event Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging experiences for tenant employees across campuses pan-India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative event strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Develop engaging content for event communications, including mailers, posters, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and on-ground execution.
  • Drive sponsorship and partnership opportunities to enhance events and deliver cost efficiencies.
  • Prepare pre-event plans, live event oversight, and post-event reports with detailed analytics and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure high standards of delivery, audience engagement, and brand alignment across all events.
  • Explore and develop new event formats, technologies, and experiences to continuously raise the bar.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging event concepts.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Budget management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Successful delivery of events within budget and timelines.
  • Quality of employee engagement and participation levels and RSVPs across events.
  • Number of innovative event formats/ideas introduced.
  • Sponsorship/partnerships secured and incremental value generated.
  • Process efficiency and adherence to SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4–5 years in the events industry (corporate/agency background preferred). Experience in planning and executing large-scale employee engagement or corporate events is an advantage.
  • Qualification: Graduate degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. A postgraduate degree/diploma is a plus.
