Job Title: Software Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive software tester to join our QA team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end testing, including manual, automation, and performance testing.

The successful candidate will actively participate in requirement analysis, client discussions, and test strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend client meetings to gather and understand testing needs.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into structured test plans and test cases.
  • Execute functional, UI, smoke, sanity, and exploratory tests.
  • Perform validations across development, QA, and production environments.
  • Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and TestNG.
  • Integrate scripts into CI pipelines for continuous testing coverage.
  • Log, track, and retest bugs using Zoho BugTracker, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Suggest areas for AI testing implementation within test cycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Selenium with Python (automation testing)
  • TestNG (test configuration)
  • JMeter or LoadRunner (performance/load testing)
  • Postman, Swagger, or equivalent (API testing)
  • Zoho BugTracker, Jira (bug management & tracking)

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail and quality orientation
