Executive Data Manager

The role of Sr. Process Executive offers a unique opportunity to work with vast datasets for Microfinance Institutions, Retail, and Commercial.
- Maintain accurate data receipt tracking and provide timely management information system reports according to process requirements.
- Process data files and share the quality report and rejections with data providers.
- Interact with data providers to resolve queries regarding data accuracy, reporting, quality, and recency, as well as escalated cases.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks by team leads to meet defined turnaround times, accuracy, and productivity standards.
- Follow up with non-data contributors, late data providers, and hanging accounts or non-updated accounts with member institutions for data quality and recency.
- Maintain turnaround times for data submission at all times and escalate to managers for requests that breach defined turnaround times.
This position requires:
- Work experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector (preferably 2-3 years in Credit Bureau/Banks or NBFCs).
- Technical knowledge on data processing systems and processes.
- A strong academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business, or related disciplines.
- A genuine interest in data management and operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
