Electrical Draftsman Position

Our company is seeking a skilled Electrical Draftsman to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Electrical systems and Fire Fighting, with the ability to prepare accurate technical drawings and support site teams with as-built documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting site surveys and gathering data in coordination with the site team
  • Preparing as-built drawings based on actual site conditions
  • Preparing and submitting FEWA Load Cards in line with utility requirements
  • Creating Fire Fighting system drawings compliant with UAE Fire Code and Civil Defense standards
  • Assisting in documentation required for Civil Defense approvals (factory setups)
  • Updating and maintaining drawing records throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Draftsman in Electrical & Fire Fighting disciplines
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software
  • Knowledge of UAE Fire Codes, FEWA standards, and Civil Defense submission procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical inputs from engineers and site teams
