Workplace Design Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and development of workplace projects from concept to completion
  • Create presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate ideas
  • Develop detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to deliver high-quality results under supervision
  • Assist with site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required
  • Conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices to stay up-to-date
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions to drive innovation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
  • Strong design sensibility and interest in creating engaging workplace interiors
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office to efficiently complete tasks
  • Familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion is an asset but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills to convey ideas effectively
  • Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic studio culture
