Leadership Opportunity:

We seek an exceptional Physiotherapy Principal to provide academic and administrative leadership, ensuring excellence in teaching, clinical practice, research, and professional development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Academic Visionary
    • Craft and implement academic programs aligned with University, UGC, and statutory council norms.
    • Supervise curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and continuous assessment.
    • Mentor faculty in research, publications, and participation in academic forums.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of clinical training and integration with hospital services.
  • Strategic Manager
    • Oversee day-to-day administration of the Physiotherapy College/Department.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (UGC, State Council, University guidelines).
    • Recruit, train, and evaluate faculty and staff performance.
    • Optimize budgets, resources, and infrastructure to meet institutional needs.
  • Quality Assurance Specialist
    • Maintain adherence to accreditation standards.
    • Ensure proper records of academic, clinical, and administrative activities.
    • Coordinate audits, inspections, and approvals from governing bodies.
  • Collaboration & Engagement
    • Foster collaboration with healthcare institutions, universities, and professional bodies.
    • Organize workshops, conferences, and events to enhance learning exposure.
    • Nurture relationships with parents, students, and alumni to strengthen institutional reputation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: MPT / Ph.D. in Physiotherapy (specialization desirable in Orthopedics, Neurology, or Cardio-respiratory).
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of teaching/clinical experience, including at least 5 years in a Professor/Head role.
