About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented financial analyst to join our dynamic finance team.

This role involves converting raw data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing operating plans by understanding business metrics driving costs.
  • Responsible for fixed cost budgeting and planning based on inputs from business heads and the annual operating plan.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of business transactions related to fixed costs, including provisions, unit economics, and month-of-month trend analysis.
  • Support the general ledger team in preparing monthly management information systems by ensuring timely book closure and sharing relevant schedules for employee costs and other technology costs & reconciliations.
  • Review overall profit & loss statements for different business segments, identifying and tracking key movements in relation to critical costs, and highlighting these to relevant stakeholders.
  • Reviewing reports and reconciliations prepared by finance executives and sharing data for segment reporting with other internal finance team members.
  • Collaboration and review for weekly reporting of fixed costs.
  • Submission of provisions and unit economics for monthly book closure.
  • Review and reconciliation of invoices for timely approval and validation.
  • Collaborate with the business team (cost negotiation data inputs) and legal team (to review agreements with external business partners).
