Role Overview

You will play a key role in building and optimizing high-performance, scalable, and intuitive web applications that reach millions of users daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design develop and maintain highly responsive and interactive web applications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Own end-to-end delivery from technical design to deployment and monitoring.
  • Optimize for speed scalability SEO and accessibility.
  • Write clean maintainable and well-tested code using modern web frameworks and tools.
  • Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and bugs and resolve them.
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in JavaScript TypeScript React.js and modern web ecosystems.
  • Experience with state management tools like Redux Zustand or Recoil.
  • Solid understanding of web performance browser rendering and SEO best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a good grasp of data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs GraphQL and frontend build tools like Webpack Vite etc.
  • Experience in writing unit and integration tests e.g. Jest React Testing Library.
  • A good sense of UX/UI and a keen eye for detail.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with server-side rendering Next.js.
  • Exposure to internationalization A/B testing and analytics integration.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms AWS/GCP.
