Senior Web Applications Developer

We are seeking an experienced Web Development Manager with expertise in PHP frameworks and WordPress development to lead and mentor a team of developers and oversee full-cycle web development projects.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a cross-functional team of web developers and project managers.
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter) and WordPress.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Implement best practices in coding, architecture, and project management.
- Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations for the development team.
- Manage resources, timelines, and communication between internal teams and external clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on PHP and WordPress.
- Proven experience in leading web development teams and managing complex projects.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Familiarity with hosting environments and cloud platforms.
- Agile/Scrum project management experience.
