**Join Our Mission**

We are seeking a dynamic City Head to lead our sales and business development efforts in your city. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing partnerships with doctors and hospitals, growing our sales team, and identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with doctors and hospitals to establish alliances and facilitate patient referrals
  • Guide and cultivate the sales team's growth across the region, overseeing their progress and ensuring target achievement
  • Identify and cultivate new crowdfunding avenues and patient referral channels within the healthcare sector
  • Set revenue and goals for the sales team, and manage the team's weekly and monthly pipelines
  • Provide valuable market feedback to company leadership, contributing insights on competitive offerings, customer needs, and product development opportunities
  • Oversee the profit and loss (P&L) of the entire region, ensuring financial targets are met

Requirements:

  • Previous startup experience in the medical or healthcare sector
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C sales role
  • Proven success in team management
  • Ability to travel as needed for business engagements
