We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that meet business objectives and technical requirements.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft end-to-end architecture for complex systems across multiple platforms. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into robust architectural solutions, and guiding development teams during implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Technical Architecture: Create end-to-end technical architectures across systems, platforms, and technologies, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
  • Define Solution Blueprints: Develop solution blueprints, technical roadmaps, integration strategies, and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, etc.).
  • Guide Development Teams: Mentor developers and junior architects to build architectural thinking within the team and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.
  • Evaluate Tools: Assess and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms to meet business and technical needs.
Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in designing solutions for enterprise-scale applications.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in architectural patterns, cloud-native designs, APIs, and microservices.
  • Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, integration, and security practices.
  • Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks and tools, containers, Kubernetes, etc.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional technical discussions and influence decisions.
