About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Business Operations & P&L Lead to join our team. This is a pivotal role that demands strong leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience in inventory planning, P&L management, audits, and working with platforms like Odoo and Zoho.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading daily supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination. They will ensure optimal inventory levels through accurate demand forecasting and planning. Additionally, they will drive inventory efficiency and reduce working capital tied to stock.

Responsibilities also include overseeing monthly and quarterly P&L reports and providing actionable insights. The successful candidate will partner with leadership to manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. They will also support cost control initiatives and improve ROI on operations.

In addition, the Business Operations & P&L Lead will lead and mentor a small team across operations and finance functions. They will coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and finance teams for aligned execution. The role also involves collaborating with external vendors and logistics partners to ensure SLA adherence.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in handling business operations & P&L. They will possess proven team leadership experience with cross-functional collaboration. A strong analytical mindset with command over Excel, dashboarding, and reporting is also essential.

A solid understanding of inventory management, procurement cycles, and cost optimization is required. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also necessary.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred) is mandatory. Experience working in D2C, e-commerce, or rental-based businesses is a plus. Exposure to tech-led automation or process improvement in SCM is also beneficial.
