Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock replenishment and ordering necessary items.
  • Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Experience in team management, staff supervision, and scheduling.
  • Customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Previous experience in retail or supermarket operations is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in management or related fields are an advantage.
