Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Pricing Strategist to drive pricing strategy, manage global and regional price lists, analyze market competitiveness, and support sales teams with pricing requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global & Local Price Lists Management: Ensure accuracy in business systems and sales tools.
  • Pricing Strategies: Define and implement strategies aligned with business objectives and market positioning.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis, benchmark pricing, and apply statistical models for profitability insights.
  • Daily Pricing Support: Provide daily support for non-standard requests and customer-specific agreements.
  • New Product Pricing: Support product management in pricing new products, accessories, and spare parts.
  • Pricing Reports: Deliver reports & KPIs (price realization, evolution, margin analysis) to leadership.
  • Training: Train stakeholders on pricing processes and concepts.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in pricing management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, business software.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, excellent communicator.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional environment.
