About the Role : We are seeking a skilled Windows Engineer (L3) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Advanced configuration and management of web servers, load balancing, and caching
  • Identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities
  • End-to-end management of SSL certificates, performance tuning, and extension management
  • Migrating, upgrading, and optimizing websites and applications
  • Configuring high-availability environments, including load balancing and backup/restore
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Exchange, mail server management, and security hardening
  • Handling large-scale mail environments, troubleshooting, and patching
  • Designing and implementing disaster recovery plans, troubleshooting, and high-availability mail setup
  • Managing database infrastructure, including Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
  • Troubleshooting performance issues, replication, backup, and recovery, as well as patch management and optimization

Requirements :

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and escalation management skills
  • Able to work independently in production environments
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts and be on-call

Work Mode : 24/7 Environment
Shift : Rotational
