Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our IT team in Noida, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows server environments virtualized using VMware technologies.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring system resource utilization to identify and address performance bottlenecks.
  • 24x7 monitoring of Windows servers and VMware infrastructure to ensure availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Analyzing historical performance data to identify trends and potential improvements.

You will also be responsible for configuring and optimizing the virtual infrastructure, working with change tools to maintain client SLAs, and liaising with storage systems managers and system administrators on virtualization configuration.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Windows and VMware administrator.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience and demonstrated skills in systems administration, including 24x7 operations, Virtualization environments (VMware) across multiple VMWare ESX environments, and multiple data centers.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2012, 2012R2, 2016, and 2019.
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and file services.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.

This is a hybrid role that requires collaboration with various teams, so excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
