Financial Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Fund Accounting Team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in private equity or asset management
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments, private equity fund structures, and reporting requirements
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
