We are seeking a senior accounting professional to lead our end-to-end accounting team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Accounting Leadership:
  • Ensure accurate and systematic recording of financial transactions in accordance with relevant standards.
  • Maintain and review records of invoices, expenses, receipts from payment gateways, tax authorities, etc.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of ledgers and finalize financial statements.
  • Maintain trackers such as Fixed Asset Register (FAR), prepaid expenses, and provisions.
  • Perform reconciliations for tax payments, e-commerce transactions, and GST inputs versus books.
  • Monitor pending accounts receivable and payable.
  • Manage payment systems and bank relationships.
  • Review and finalize financial reports.
  • Prepare management information reports and cash flow statements.
  • Statutory Compliance Knowledge:
  • Compute and file tax deductions at source (TDS) returns.
  • Filing GST returns (GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B).
  • Handle tax collected at source (TCS) on e-commerce transactions.
  • Manage Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) compliance.
  • Calculate and pay advance taxes.
  • Filing income tax returns.
  • Comply with other labor laws, including forms D and U.
  • Payroll Expertise:
  • Collect income tax declarations and compute TDS as per Section 192.
  • Process payroll using software, in compliance with statutory acts such as the Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, Shops and Establishment Act, and other labor laws.
  • Collect investment proofs and generate Form 16.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
