Results-Driven Performance Marketer Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketer with extensive hands-on experience running ads across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth for SaaS products and managing substantial budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize paid search & Display campaigns across all major ad platforms.
  • Retargeting and Remarketing: Strategically design and manage retargeting/remarketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, using data to iterate and scale successful strategies.
  • Budget Allocation and Optimization: Maintain and optimize budget allocations, ensuring high ROI across campaigns.
  • Ad Copy Creation and Testing: Create and test ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
  • New Channel Exploration: Experiment with new channels and tactics to find growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Paid Marketing Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with paid marketing campaigns in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Platform Expertise: Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Budget Management: Proven experience in managing high-budget paid ad campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales, product) to drive campaign success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
