Job Overview

This role involves collaborating with site and cross-functional teams to support spare parts ordering processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead spare parts procurement, encompassing inventory replenishment requirements and overseeing overall inventory movement.
  • Create purchase orders, dispatch them to suppliers for inventorized orders, and track PO status in systems like SAP and Aquila.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for execution, follow up on estimated dates of arrival, and review systems to track outstanding invoice issues.
  • Craft spare parts-related reports as requested by plants and conduct regular monitoring and system health checks of spare parts inventory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, supplemented by 2 years of supply chain and procurement experience in industry.
  • Prior experience in the food industry, manufacturing, or engineering is highly valued.
  • Mastery of SAP and procurement system expertise is essential.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other analytics tools like PowerApps, PowerBI, and Tableau are desirable.
  • High personal integrity and standards, excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, customer-centricity, and collaboration are crucial.
