Job Title: Salesforce Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in data modeling and integration to join our team as a Salesforce Data Cloud specialist. In this role, you will design and implement data solutions that unify customer data from multiple systems, creating a single source of truth to drive personalization and engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including data streams, data model objects, identity resolution, calculated insights, segments, and activations.
  • Define and optimize data models, schema designs, and relationships within Salesforce Data Cloud to support business use cases.
  • Integrate Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud for end-to-end personalization.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.
  • Implement ETL, API, and middleware integrations for large-scale data ingestion.
  • Apply data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5–9 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, Activations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors).

Desirable Skills:

  • Exposure to Einstein AI/Analytics with Data Cloud.
  • Experience with Snowflake, AWS, or GCP data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Customer 360 Audiences and advanced segmentation strategies.
